1. Our commitment

Viral Reach Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, and child labour in any part of our business or supply chain. This statement is made in line with the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we take to ensure these practices have no place in our operations.

2. Our business and structure

Viral Reach Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16348545), operating the Unlaced platform. We are a small, founder-led digital business. The platform provides AI-generated companion experiences for adults; all content on the platform is generated by artificial intelligence and does not involve real human performers.

3. Our operations and supply chains

Our operations are conducted digitally. Our supply chain consists principally of technology and professional-service providers, including cloud hosting and database providers, artificial-intelligence and media-generation service providers, payment processors, and similar software and infrastructure vendors. We do not operate manufacturing facilities, employ physical labour forces, or source physical goods, which significantly limits our direct exposure to forced-labour and trafficking risks.

We recognise that the adult-content sector carries an inherent risk of exploitation and human trafficking where real performers are involved. Because all content on our platform is AI-generated and no real performers are engaged, depicted, or recorded, this category of risk does not arise in our content operations.

4. Our policies

We maintain the following commitments in support of this statement:

• A zero-tolerance position on modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, and child labour.
• A requirement that everyone working for or with us conducts business honestly, ethically, and in compliance with applicable law.
• A commitment to expect the same standards from our suppliers and partners.

5. Risk assessment

We assess our exposure to modern slavery as low, reflecting our digital operating model, the absence of a physical supply chain, and the absence of real performers in our content. We keep this assessment under review as our business grows and our supplier relationships change.

6. Due diligence and supplier expectations

We expect our suppliers, vendors, affiliates, and partners to share our commitment to operating free from modern slavery and human trafficking, and to comply with all applicable laws. As we engage new providers, we favour reputable, established organisations that maintain their own ethical and compliance standards. We reserve the right to decline or terminate relationships with any party that does not meet these expectations.

7. Training and awareness

Given our size and structure, awareness of these issues is maintained at the level of company leadership, who are responsible for ensuring this statement is upheld and for reviewing supplier relationships against it. We will expand training as the Company grows.

8. Reporting concerns

Anyone who has a concern about modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business or supply chain is encouraged to report it to us at [email protected]. Reports will be treated seriously and confidentially, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

9. Approval and review

This statement is approved by the Company's leadership and will be reviewed and updated at least annually, and whenever there is a material change to our business or supply chain.
