Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Joining the Unlaced Affiliate Program means you accept the Terms & Conditions below, which exist to protect both our affiliates and the Unlaced brand.
Last revised: February 5, 2026
1. Blocked Content Policy
All affiliates must follow our Blocked Content Policy. You may not promote, create or link to anything in a restricted category, which includes (among others) underage content, non-consensual acts, extreme violence, illegal activity and hate speech. Any breach leads to immediate closure of your affiliate account and loss of all commissions.
For full guidelines, see our Blocked Content Policy.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
Signing up through the affiliate dashboard is all it takes to become an affiliate. Creating an account and getting your unique referral link counts as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any eligible user may join, but we may suspend or close accounts that break our Promotional Guidelines.
3. Commission and Payments
You earn commission when a referred user subscribes to a premium plan. Current rates and payout schedules are shown in the affiliate dashboard, and we may change rates after giving notice. Payouts require a minimum balance and are held for a period to cover possible refunds.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Unlaced must be promoted responsibly and lawfully. You may not:
- Send spam by email, on social media or in forums.
- Using "parasitic" software or browser extensions.
- Misdescribe the service or make untrue claims.
- Bid on brand keywords in paid search (PPC) without our permission.
- Promote Unlaced on sites hosting illegal or harmful material.
5. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited license to use Unlaced brand assets, such as logos and banners, solely to promote Unlaced. Do not alter them without our approval.
6. Termination
You or we may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Breaching these terms means immediate termination and loss of any commission not yet paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unlaced accepts no liability for indirect, special or consequential losses connected with the affiliate program or these terms.
